Two decades in fashion, more than forty countries, and countless first days in new cities taught me something no agency ever told me: talent opens the door, but it is guidance that keeps you in the room.
That's why I created JOA Models.
As a mother agency, I find, prepare and place models around the world, but what I care about most is the person behind the pictures. Every model receives real attention, honest direction and someone who has walked the same road. My role is to be a mirror, so they can see who they truly are.
